Cold weather

People can get sick from cold. People can catch pneumonia. Pneumonia is a disease that people get from not protecting their body enough from cold. This illness usually send people to this hospital. It's really a dangerous illness. It's sometimes take away people's life.

Water

Water is the best mineral for the body. Without water human and animal would not stay alive. We could die from dehydratation. We have to consume at least seven bottles of water per day.We burn many calories. The body needs water to replace the calories that we burn.

Internet

Internet has its good side and its bad side. With Internet we can locate a place. We can learn from it. Some teenagers use it in bad ways maybe for parnography without their parents consent. Some parents say that they don't trust the internet for their teens. One biggest thing is that some criminal use it for their own action. Maybe a criminal is chatting with you sometimes.That's why you have to know the person you are chatting with.

Suicide

Suicide is cowardice. Some people kill themselves sometimes because of life. They want something.They see that they can't get it .They commit suicide. Some people think that is the best way to get over everything. They should try harder in life to get what they want instead of committing suicide. Some people go crazy without thinking about what effect can it cause on familly member or friends. The best solution is to wait or trying harder.

Kaoroke

The kaoroke took place in building K in a large room that maybe can contain three hundred of people. Some people went to buy some snacks before it started. Everything cost a dollar.When it was time to start, everyone remained silent.We started with a chinese girl. She was singing "Don't let me down".She was very good. She had a beautiful voice. After her were two girls from my class. They sang " Yo te Quiero nada". They were not bad. They were excellent. I'm proud of them. I enjoyed the Japonese boy. His song's name was " this is my life". I was impressed to hear him singing. I also liked the Turkish guys. I had a chance to learn how they dance a little bit. I think i would like to visit Turkey. I want to know more about Turkish people. I had some Turkish friend in High school. They were very nice. Again here at NCC in conversation lab, i made two Turkish friends. I really liked the kaoroke. People kaoroking did really good.

Books

Books are really important. They help you to become more intelligent. They help you to improve your grammar. They also make you feel more proud to speak be cause you feel that you have more words.Sometimes you can learn something that you didn't know from a book. Books are good to learn but there are different kind of books. There are fiction which is an unreal story.Many other kind of books. You can find books talking about anything you want. Books are excellent.

Today

I woke up at two am. I had a nightmare . I couldn't sleep anymore. I was afraid of sleeping alone. I went to my mother's room and i asked her to hold me. While she was holding me i felt asleep. She had to go to work so she got up. I helped her to prepare her sandwich. I walked her out the door and i went to take a shower. After my shower i took my diary and started to write. When i'm done writing , i started reading a book which is " La maison sur le rivage".I finished reading the whole book today as i wished. So far my day goes well. SOOOOOOO SAONARA EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

My treasures

I have some older money. I kept them to show to my kids when I will get older.I have some pictures about my familly too. I love them so much. They make me think about all the good moments that we spent together.They're all classified in order of age. So that they'll know when it happened.

Discrimination

Sometimes I feel discriminate by my father because i have a little sister. I understand that i have to protect her but I don't like when he pay much more attention to her.He usually says that i am not a little girl.After that in other place I do not feel discriminated because it seens that I am someone else.I do not care about the thinking of others.Somtimes they do that for making you dissapointed.I have selfconfidence.I find when someone keeps talking about someone else that this person doesn't have work to do.
